** Senior Manufacturing Engineer
** to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives within a highly regulated production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering leader with expertise in

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead and mentor a Manufacturing Engineering team consisting of Engineers and Technicians.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.

+ Support manufacturing operations involving plastic injection molding and automated manufacturing processes.

+ Conduct root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

+ Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects.

+ Support new equipment installations, validations, and production start-ups.

+ Coordinate Design of Experiments (DOE), process validations, and Change Control activities.

+ Support equipment transfers and manufacturing expansion projects.

** Required Qualifications*
* + Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.

+ Strong background in  
** Plastic Injection Molding** .

+

Experience with in a  
** Medical Device** , FDA-regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

+ Plastic food packaging manufacturing experience will also be considered.

+ Project Management

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred (equivalent hands-on experience considered).
