Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team
• Manage engineering projects and departmental priorities
• Drive continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Optimize manufacturing processes and production workflows
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Support new equipment installation, validation and production start-ups
• Coordinate process changes, DOE activities and production improvements
• Improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenge

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and automated assembly
• Experience with injection molding processes
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical systems
• Passion for continuous improvement and developing people
• FDA experience is a plus
