Machine OperatorLoading... We have openings in the Monroe, NC area for 1st and 2nd shift machine operators and production line work. 1st shift hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm. 2nd shift is 2:30pm to 11:00pm. Pay rate is $18/hr production line operators schedule is 8:00am to 4:30pm. You must be able to lift 50lbs, work in a non-climate-controlled environment and have steel toed boots.
Must be able to stand and walk for 8-hour shift. All positions are temp to hire depending on your work ethic, attendance and attitude. Need to be flexible to work different positions.
- Operate the production equipment and machines
- Align and handle material
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Check product quality
- Report machine issues, malfunctions, or defective parts
- Meet production output requirements
- Keep records of production quantities and time
- Attention to detail
- Ability in using tools and machines
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
