EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Lead Fabricator (Working Lead) to support daily fabrication and welding at the precast facility. You will report to the Plant Manager and serve as a technical resource for Fabricators and Helpers while ensuring safety and quality in production.
The role requires 4+ years in fabrication/welding, strong blueprint reading, MIG welding proficiency, and the ability to guide workflow and tackle challenges in a heavy industrial setting.
