Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:00pm – 1:30am

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and interpret shop orders, production layouts, process control documents, and work instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Manufacturing, machining, or technical training is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, including CNC machining or machine operation.
- Prior team lead, production lead, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to maintain high personal productivity while leading a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience using hand tools, including drills, nail guns, screwdrivers, and tape measures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for extended periods.
- Must be able to safely operate machinery, use hand tools, and inspect finished products.
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, including overtime as needed.
- Capable of performing quality inspections and monitoring production processes throughout the shift.
- Lead and support production team members to achieve daily manufacturing goals while maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
- Promote a strong safety culture by following safety procedures, identifying hazards, and recommending improvements.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Verify finished door panels meet company quality standards and elevate defects or compliance concerns when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Train, coach, and retrain employees on equipment operation, production processes, safety practices, and quality expectations.
- Foster teamwork, employee engagement, and open communication while escalating questions, concerns, and recommendations to management.
- Serve as backup to the Production Manager by coordinating workflow, overseeing operations, and ensuring production continuity during absences.
