Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour
Shift: 5am-5:30pm

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years of CNC operator experience
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Experience using hand tools, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and technical documentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machinery to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products and perform quality checks
- Maintain accurate production records
- Perform routine machine checks and identify equipment issues
- Replenish materials and support efficient production operations
- Follow established safety procedures and production standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a CNC Operator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
