Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and understand shop orders, layouts, production documents, and work instructions.
  • Basic math skills required, including measuring, fractions, and calculating dimensions.

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience.
  • Experience working with hand tools and measuring devices in a production environment.
  • Experience following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with scanners, production tracking systems, or inventory systems is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to identify defects, missing components, or assembly issues before products move to the next stage.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet daily production goals.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented production environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous quality improvement.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift on a concrete factory floor.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and position materials weighing 30 pounds or more at waist level and overhead.
  • Frequent use of hands, arms, and hand tools throughout the shift.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Strong close vision and attention to detail for inspection and assembly work.
  • Ability to work safely around moving equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

  • Install glass and infill materials into door panels according to customer specifications and production orders.
  • Select the correct panels, glass, components, and materials required for each job.
  • Position and secure door panels on glazing tables for assembly.
  • Install glass stops, glass panels, and fastening components to ensure proper fit and secure installation.
  • Inspect door frames, glass, and finished products for quality, defects, and damage.
  • Follow shop orders, work instructions, and quality standards throughout the glazing process.
  • Package completed door panels using protective materials and place them into shipping crates to prevent transit damage.
  • Apply proper labels to finished products and shipping containers.
  • Use scanning equipment to complete production documentation and track workflow progress.
  • Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output and quality goals.
  • Support safety initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Perform additional production and assembly duties as assigned.
