Are you someone who can look at a schematic, grab your tools, and figure out how the pieces go together?

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Assembler with a strong mechanical background to build large-scale industrial machinery for a growing company.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and building something from start to finish. If you've worked in a welding, fabrication, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or mechanical environment
, your experience could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Industrial Assembler, you'll be putting together machinery. Some machines can take up to two weeks to complete
, so attention to detail and pride in your work are important.

You’ll:

  • Assemble large industrial machinery and equipment

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

  • Use ratchets, wrenches, screwdrivers, and other hand tools

  • Follow assembly instructions and technical specifications

  • Inspect and QC your work to ensure everything is assembled correctly

  • Troubleshoot and identify assembly issues

  • Work on multiple projects as priorities change

  • Assist other team members when additional support is needed

  • Help keep projects moving toward month-end deadlines

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

What We're Looking For

This is a great fit for someone with significant manufacturing or mechanical experience.

Required:

  • Strong mechanical background

  • Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings

  • Comfortable using hand tools

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions

  • Dependable and team-oriented

  • Takes pride in quality workmanship

Preferred:

  • 7-10 years of manufacturing experience

  • Previous experience in a welding or fabrication shop/environment

  • Experience assembling industrial machinery or equipment

  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical assembly issues
