- Assist in the operation of assembly machines including presses, drivers, and inspection stations
- Establish daily work task plan and communicate to team members at start of the shift
- Provide daily direction to team members during the shift to coordinate work flow
- Provide OJT opportunities to team members to develop flexibility
- Work in conjunction with supervisor to identify team member strengths and weaknesses and communicate development needs to training specialists
- Monitor line and employee performance; provide feedback to team members to ensure compliance to safety, quality, maintenance, and operational standards.
- Through example; demonstrate a commitment of excellence.
- Complete and submit daily reports to ensure management information system is accurate.
