Nurse Practitioner - Family & Adult Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in Monroe, NC. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on delivering high‑quality care in a fast‑paced outpatient and urgent care setting. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will provide evidence‑based treatment and preventive care to a diverse patient population while supporting efficient clinic operations.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories for acute and chronic conditions.
• Diagnose illnesses and develop individualized treatment plans using advanced clinical judgment.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high‑quality care.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and long‑term wellness.

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina (or eligibility).
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC) in Family Practice, Adult‑Gerontology, or relevant population focus.
• Experience in urgent care, outpatient clinics, or primary care practice preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in acute care procedures, diagnostics, and patient communication.
