As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional personalized care. You will consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates and build resident and family satisfaction.

• State nursing license (RN) required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.

Base pay ranges will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full‑time associates in this role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
