Assess patient needs and administer treatments and medications, including oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical therapies. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health, vital signs, and document treatment responses. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and identify abnormal vital signs. Manage patient access to healthcare, connect individuals with community resources, and assist with medication administration and disease management. Conduct medication reviews to identify side effects and drug interactions, and develop mental health assessments for depression screening.

Accurately document medical history, illnesses, medications, allergies, surgeries, and family history using electronic health records.

Onsite as needed, with requirements to work every other weekend and major holidays. Full-time clinic hours, including work during clinic operating hours; schedule created in 6-week blocks following training. This is a temporary/contract position with a possibility of conversion to a permanent employee; this is not guaranteed. Requires teamwork and adherence to safety protocols; environment is clinical and patient-facing.

Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the U.S. Verifyable High School Diploma or GED.
