• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You will be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.

• Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving merchandise).

• Physical demands: active standing, walking, using hands, talking, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing or balancing. Heavy lifting up to 100+ pounds. Strong vision for distance and depth is key.
