Training hourly pay range $16-$19

With Northwest, you’ll experience a fun work environment that supports your growth. You’ll be the face of Northwest in your local community, helping to protect customers  homes, businesses, and families from pests. Your responsibilities include:

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, delivering excellent service to foster loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: Conduct daily operations of your Universal Service Route with strong time management. Tasks include:
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper function.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY
  , upholding high standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Training hourly pay range $16-$19, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• 1-2 years pest experience preferred

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
