Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Use AT&T’s full suite of products to meet sales targets and earn commission.

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers and fill online orders.

Attend community events and represent the brand.

Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.

No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology.

Hourly rate: $15.76 – $18.33 plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met.

Uncapped commission opportunities may bring top sellers up to $62,460 per year.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
