Unarmed Security Officer (Full Time)

Monroe, NC

Salary: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00PM – 8:00PM (6‑hour shifts)

We are currently seeking a NC‑PPSB certified unarmed security guard to join our team in Monroe, NC. This full‑time position consists of 6‑hour shifts. The initial assignment will last four months, with subsequent opportunities to transition to other locations within the same geographical area. As our company continues to grow, there are frequent opportunities for professional advancement.

• NC‑PPSB certification.
• At least one year of verifiable security or customer service experience.
• Skills in de‑escalation; prior law enforcement or military experience considered strong assets.
• Valid driver’s license and social security card.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening (including random tests).

• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.
• Must have a working cell phone and email for timekeeping and communication.
• Detail‑ and goal‑oriented.
• Of good moral character.
• Good hygiene and a neat and clean appearance.

Monday – Friday, 2:00PM – 8:00PM
