Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a great customer experience? We welcome you to join our team as a Cabinet Estimator. You will help us transform kitchens and baths in luxury homes around the greater Charlotte area!

• Perform take-offs from architectural drawings and develop a conceptual design
• Produce quotation for custom cabinets
• Perform field measurements needed to finalize the design/quotation

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to visualize in 3D
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
• General computer skills including file management and network navigation
• Physical stamina – ability walk through in-construction site/home and perform measurements
• Reliability – show up on time every day – our crew will depend on you
• Professionalism – clean appearance and respectful communication for working in high-end homes

• Competitive pay – starting at $45-55k/yr depending upon experience + quarterly bonus program
