A family-owned construction company in North Carolina is looking for a Welder. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment both in the shop and in the field while ensuring productivity and customer satisfaction. A successful candidate should have completed the welder apprentice program or have three years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills and the ability to operate safely in various work environments.

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
