PARTS PULLER
Revolution Auto Parts | Yard Operations
Full Time - First Shift Monroe, NC
This is not your typical yard job. We're looking for someone who loves cars, loves taking things apart, and wants to get paid to do exactly that — fast. If you're good with your hands, work well on your own, and are motivated to earn more by doing more, this role is built for you.
What You Can Expect- Performance-based pay, the faster and more accurately you pull, the more you earn.
- Full‑time hours, Monday‑Friday, start as early as 6:30 am or as late as 8 am.
- Hands‑on outdoor work, no desk, no manager hovering over you.
- A team that respects hard work and rewards production.
- Locating and pulling parts from salvaged vehicles in the yard.
- Using your own tools to disassemble vehicles efficiently.
- Inspecting parts for quality and condition as you pull.
- Cleaning and preparing parts as needed.
- Communicating with the sales team about part condition and availability.
- Keeping your work area safe and organized.
- Operating yard vehicles and forklifts as needed to access vehicles.
- Moves fast and doesn't waste time.
- Knows their way around a vehicle, doesn't need to be a mechanic, but knows how cars come apart.
- Works independently without needing to be managed.
- Takes pride in pulling clean, quality parts.
- Shows up every day ready to work, tools in hand.
- Hustles from the first minute to the last.
- Communicates clearly when there's a problem.
- Car enthusiast who loves taking things apart.
- Money‑motivated and understands that speed and efficiency = higher earnings.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outside in all weather.
- Self‑directed and independently doesn't need constant supervision.
- Reliable, consistent, and accountable.
- Someone who brings their own tools and takes ownership of their work.
- Experience in auto disassembly, salvage yards, or automotive repair.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred (can train the right person).
- Background in any hands‑on, production‑based work.
- Must own and bring personal hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Dental, and Vision Insurance.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.
- This is not easy work; it is physical, outdoor, and fast‑paced.
- You will be expected to move with urgency every shift.
- Your earnings are tied directly to your production output.
- You need to bring your own tools every day.
- If you need someone watching over you to stay productive, this isn’t the job for you!
If you love cars, love working with your hands, and want to get paid to work hard, we want to meet you.
