Operate automation equipment in a safe manner and perform daily walk-throughs focusing on part containment, equipment condition, and clear walkways;
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance needs on automation systems including robots and vision systems;
Install, maintain, and repair guards and safety devices on automated equipment; maintain housekeeping in the work area;
Assist with training on automation, robot, and vision systems; communicate changes to supervisors;
Record production data for tracking purposes and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to maximize machine efficiency
