Entry Level Staff Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to build upon their experience in a collaborative environment. The Staff Accountant will assist with month-end and year-end close processes, maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, support accounts receivable functions, and manage fixed assets. This role will also prepare and analyze financial reports while supporting both internal and external audit activities.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Support accounts receivable functions.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and related records.
• Prepare and analyze company financial reports.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support daily financial operations and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience (accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career.
• Knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
• Experience with accounting and business management software;
  Net Suite or SAP experience is preferred

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
