Job Overview

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor, providing high‑quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice governed only by your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing schedule
• Fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many use Clarifye, the latest digital eye‑examination technology
• Most offices offer use of the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and provide full tech and pre‑testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
