Guest Experience Coordinator

Position Summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking a service‑oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver an exceptional experience for our residents before, during, and after their stay. This hands‑on role includes coordinating apartment readiness, supporting guests in real time, and ensuring each move‑in and move‑out is seamless. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about going above and beyond for customers.

• Conduct pre‑move‑in and post‑move‑out walkthroughs to assess condition and ensure readiness
• Document and elevate any issues, damages, or concerns in a timely manner
• Serve as the go‑to contact throughout the resident’s stay, delivering an outstanding guest experience
• Respond promptly to guest needs, including local travel to deliver items or resolve issues
• Personalize move‑in gifts and maintain inventory of welcome materials
• Maintain and track local lockbox inventory for guest access
• Coordinate with vendors for furniture, service deliveries, pickups, and installations

• Dynamic work – no two days are the same
• Not tied to a desk – you’ll be on the go interacting with apartments and guests

• Comfortable with local daytime travel for inspections and deliveries
• Familiar with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old

• Competitive Base Salary: $19.50–$24.00/hour
