Vaco is seeking a Compensation Analyst for an onsite, direct-hire role in Monroe, OH. The position focuses on analyzing, administering, and improving compensation programs to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices.
You will work with SAP Success Factors Compensation, Excel, HRIS, and finance partners to design plans, benchmarks, dashboards, and pay equity initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in compensation are required; CCP is a plus.
