What You’ll Earn

Base Pay $14–$17/hr depending on experience and role
Tips Customers love our HUNKS — tips average an additional 25% on top of base
Total Most crew members earn $18–$30+/hr all-in

What You’ll Do

Help customers move furniture, boxes, and belongings safely and carefully

Remove and haul away junk from homes, offices, and properties

Work as part of a 2–4+ person crew on every job

Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Always be branding.

Schedule & Availability

Hours Jobs typically run 7 AM – 5 PM
Days We work 7 days a week — we work when jobs are scheduled
Weekend Avail. Full-time candidates must be available at least 2 of 3 weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun)
Flexibility Part-time and flexible schedules also available

Who We’re Looking For

Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs, climb stairs, and stay on your feet all day

Reliable transportation to and from work

Must pass a pre-employment background check

Eligible to work in the United States

Any background in general labor, warehouse, landscaping, construction, or manufacturing is helpful — but not required
