Salary range: $62,500 – $70,000 (national). In California: $70,304 – $82,000;
Washington: $80,169 – $82,000.

Job OverviewAs an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities go beyond daily management – you will be instrumental in implementing processes to optimize our warehouse operations. Your leadership will be vital in guiding our frontline associates, fostering a safe and productive work environment, and ultimately driving the overall success of DHL Supply Chain.

DHL Supply Chain North America operates over 500 facilities with more than 50,000 associates across 150 million square feet of warehouse space.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering inclusion and belonging.
- Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
- Monitor KPI and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement areas. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
- Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 1+ year(s) operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
- 1+ year(s) logistics industry experience (preferred).
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
