Compound Operator

Location:
Monroe, OH
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + $2.00 Shift Differential
Full-Time Days - 6:45am to 7:00pm (2-2-3 schedule)
Nights - 6:45pm to 7:00am (2-2-3 schedule)

• Loading blend towers with raw materials.
• Run batches as scheduled.
• Assist in troubleshooting with other operators as needed.
• Watch over equipment while other operators break for lunch.
• Conduct routine checks relating to housekeeping and quality throughout the shift.
• Make suggestions to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or crew.
• Work on new equipment and production floor design as needed.
• Participate in intra-company, cross functional improvement teams.

• Ability to work outside for short periods in all seasons.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
