What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for overall operations at an assigned plant including, but not limited to, supply management, production scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, maintenance, people management, and implementation of change initiatives.
  • Manage effective health & safety and all related compliance, quality assurance standards and training and development of assigned staff.
  • Develop and manage the site operations budget.
  • Build a safety culture and drive the implementation of safety policies and training in compliance with the company safety program and OSHA regulations to eliminate work‑related injuries.
  • Set up a review process to analyze production, quality control, maintenance and operational data to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or production problems.
  • Conferring with managers to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain necessary data on customer orders and delivery.
  • Plan, monitor and direct production and establish priorities, balancing effective customer service and cost factors and optimizing utilization of people and equipment within a just‑in‑time environment.
  • Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and safety.
  • Oversee the revision of product schedules and priorities as a result of equipment failure or operating problems and consult with engineering on equipment modification and other continuous improvement efforts.
  • Supervise schedules and evaluate the work performance of direct and indirect reports.
  • Foster positive working relationships and respond proactively to performance concerns, discipline, employee complaints, concerns or problems, and other employee relations matters.
  • Ensure consistency in the application of company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Regional Operations Leaders to manage the profitability for the plant and be an active champion of all quality and lean initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, materials management, logistics, and quality control.
  • 5+ years of experience in safety and risk programs.
  • Lean manufacturing experience—green belt preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Relocation available.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
