Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.
Deceuninck is looking for an MRO Specialist.
Responsible for the administration and management of MRO processes utilizing SAP. The goal for this position is to help implement new processes as well as change existing processes to be more efficient. This position will assist in inventory levels, parts management agreements, and critical spare part inventory studies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:MRO Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage the spare part database
- Evaluate spare parts inventory for new equipment purchases
- Implement spare part inventory processes and correct existing processes
- Organize and sustain the MRO
- Create order forms and submit to Maintenance Buyer

Education and/or Experience- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 5-10 years in a similar position preferred
- Must have a stable work history, no more than two jobs within the past three years
- Good safety and good attendance record REQUIRED.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills needed.
- Proven team building skills and ability to coordinate activities.
- Good record exercising independent judgment & initiative.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and prior experience with any CMMS software (SAP).
- Must have valid driver’s license.

- Stand, walk, and sit throughout the day.
- The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 65 pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with a lifting partner.
- The employee must repetitively climb several flights of stairs during each shift.
- The employee must be able climb heights. Climbing silos occasionally is part of the job.
- Must be available to work overtime as required.
- Must be available to work around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Maintenance is a 24/7, 365 day activity.
- Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
