• Champion a culture of safety by leading investigations, implementing corrective actions, and actively contributing to site-wide safety initiatives.
• Drive measurable improvements in operational KPIs, including quality, delivery timelines, and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor and develop direct reports by assessing individual competencies and creating pathways for professional growth.
• Optimize production schedules by adjusting workflows and standard operating procedures to maximize throughput.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including interviewing and onboarding, to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Spearhead continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of frontline leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high sense of urgency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Formal certification or deep practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Previous experience managing teams within an extrusion or lamination environment.
