We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a consistent every-other-weekend schedule
.

What You’ll Do- Provide direct nursing care
, including medication administration and treatments - Support individuals in a 2:2 care ratio with a consistent caseload
- Assist with personal care and daily living needs
- Communicate changes in condition to the supervising RN
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment
- Current RN license
