Developmental Disabilities Nurse (LPN) – Weekend Shift

Via Quest Residential Services Monroe, OH Part-Time | Every Other Weekend (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) $28–$29/hour

At Via Quest Residential Services, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team on a consistent every-other-weekend schedule.

• Provide direct care including medication administration, personal care, and daily support
• Support individuals in a 2:2 care ratio with a consistent caseload
• Communicate updates and changes in condition to the supervising RN
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Provide emotional and social support with compassionate care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Assist with implementing plans of care in coordination with physicians

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license
• Experience in private duty, home health, or developmental disabilities preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
