After graduating from Loveland High School and the University of Tennessee, I was accepted into McDonald's Next Generation Owner Program and spent six years training before becoming an approved Owner/Operator in 2008.

This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll:

• Lead the experience:
  Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves

  Help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and/or make menu recommendations

  Prepare and present delicious food
