Retail Keyholder - Merrell

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories that sells well‑known brands such as Bates, Chaco, Cat Footwear, Harley Davidson, Merrell, Saucony, Sweaty‑Betty, and Wolverine.

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge, creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics & drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Salary: $12.00 – $15.75 per hour.
