As a Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty, greet customers promptly, and provide exceptional service. You answer product questions, communicate return policies, and promote the UGG brand and its sustainability initiatives.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Provide accurate product information and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Communicate the brand’s sustainability initiatives and ethical commitments.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
• Promote the store and brand image, adhering to dress code and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist customers both in-store and phone, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and balance till at closing.
• Check inventory daily, restock shelves, and merchandize items per Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized back‑stock area and employee break area, performing daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
• Actively report absences or lateness to the Store Manager.
• Respond to theft incidents in accordance with company policies.

• Deliver highest level of customer service per Service Training Program.
• Prioritize brand and product knowledge in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Contribute to a team and cooperate to achieve goals.
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Respond to problem situations with professionalism.
• Think critically and solve challenges with agility.

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self‑starter.

• Flexible schedule and hours to meet business needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
