PT Sales Supervisor - Cincinnati Outlets

Marc Jacobs International, powered bythe creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Sales Supervisor
to join its Cincinnati Premium Outlets store in Monroe, Ohio

• Partner with and assistthe Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations.
• Coachand develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
• Drive your own percentage of sales
• Trainall POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed
• Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager

• 2+ years retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
