The Part-time Keyholder at Le Creuset in Monroe, OH is an on-site retail role responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering a welcoming, informative customer experience. This role opens and closes the store as assigned, follows cash handling procedures, and helps maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Le Creuset brand. The Keyholder assists customers with product selection, shares product features and care information, processes transactions, and supports inventory activities such as receiving and restocking.

This role also helps train and guide team members during shifts, upholds store policies, and contributes to sales goals through proactive, service-focused engagement with customers.

• Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to learn and communicate features, benefits, and proper use of cookware.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging customers, collaborating with team members, and clearly conveying information.
• Experience in Retail Sales, including meeting sales goals, handling POS systems, and supporting promotional activities.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and solution-oriented environment.
• Prior keyholder or supervisory experience in retail is preferred, including opening/closing responsibilities and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and maintain store standards throughout the shift.
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in specialty retail or home/kitchenware is a plus.
