Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a driven Account Manager to oversee the leasing of fully furnished corporate apartments and deliver exceptional experiences for business travelers and relocating professionals. This role combines inside sales, account management, and customer service, with responsibility for managing the full leasing cycle, growing market share, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the leasing process from lead inquiry through lease signing and move-in.
+ Grow the local market by increasing inventory and identifying new business opportunities.
+ Drive revenue through pricing strategies, lease negotiations, and business development.
+ Generate leads through marketing, networking, cold calling, and consultative sales.
+ Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service.
+ Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and property partners.
+ Market available inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to support market growth and partnerships.
+ Maintain accurate lease, account, and communication records.
+ Prepare proposals, contracts, and lease documentation.
+ Resolve customer issues and maintain guest satisfaction standards.
+ Adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
+ Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Essential Skills
+ Inside sales, account management, or leasing experience preferred.
+ Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
+ Business development and lead generation experience.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
+ Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.

+ Experience in corporate housing, hospitality, or residential leasing preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Work Environment
This is an in-office role in a professional corporate housing environment focused on delivering home-like experiences for global business travelers and relocating professionals. You will work closely with local sales teams, property partners, and vendors, using tools such as Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage leases, accounts, and communications. The work is fast-paced and time-sensitive, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, accuracy, and collaboration.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.41 - $26.04/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
