• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Must be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.

The HVAC Service Technician is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on‑call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Relevant experience in service work (required).
• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience (required).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade (preferred).

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift regularly.
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
