• Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm. Must be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.

The Electrical Service Technician – Residential is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on‑call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Relevant experience in service work (Required).
• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• Valid driver’s license (Required).
• Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade (Preferred).

• Adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
• Pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
