• Average $1,500 per week
• Top drivers earn $1,800+ per week
• Up to $0.62 CPM based on experience
• Additional pay for stops, unloads, backhauls, and pallet restacks
• Paid training at $100 per day

• Home Daily
• Two days off each week
• Dedicated freight
• 70% Drop & Hook
• Only 30% live unloads using an electric pallet jack
• Dry van freight with occasional reefer loads
• Routes throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
• Average 200–300 miles per day
• Typically 3–5 loads and 5–7 stops daily
• Slip-seat day cabs
• Strong on-site operations support

• Afternoon start times between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM
• Afternoon and evening routes
• Weekend availability is expected for new drivers
• Must be available during holiday weeks

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Must live within the Monroe hiring area
• Reliable personal transportation
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
