Office Manager Opportunity

Job Duties:

  • Process invoices, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Create UPS World Ship labels and support order processing
  • Maintain accurate records in Quick Books and Excel
  • Answer phones and provide professional customer service
  • Perform data entry, PO follow-ups, and general office tasks

Do you enjoy handling daily office and accounting functions including invoicing, A/R, data entry, and customer communication to ensure smooth and accurate operations?

If you have prior Quick Books invoicing and accounts receivable experience, along with strong Excel/data entry skills, you will succeed in this role!

Pay: $25-30/hour DOE

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00PM

Experience or Skill Requirements:

  • Quick Books, Excel, and Word experience
  • A/R and some A/P background
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience (phone/email)
