Position Information- This is a salaried, non-represented, professional-technical position. Salary ranges listed are for 2026-27 beginning September 1, 2026. Ranges for 2025-26 are $104,244 to $112,090. Initial screening will begin on Friday, July 17th.

Student Information Services Coordinator

Position SummaryThis position provides administrative and technical support for the District’s Student Information System (SIS), including WESPaC and related applications. The SIS Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the stability and functionality of the Student Information System and associated processes. The position also supports the collection, management, tracking, and reporting of student data across the District, including the preparation and submission of required reports to the State of Washington and other regulatory agencies.
The role requires a high degree of accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills in the areas of research, planning, implementation, troubleshooting, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring related to the District’s student information and technology systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Educational Administration (or equivalent). Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in public schools, student information systems, and/or database management desired.
- Leadership qualities that demonstrate an ability to be innovative, develop and maintain trusting relationships, and model integrity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide support to building administrators in using technology to assist in making decisions related to all aspects of student learning and the efficient use of time and resources.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Successful Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint clearance.
- I-9 employment eligibility in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
- HIV/HBV training (obtain within 60 days of hire date – District provided).
- Human Resources new hire training (obtain within 60 days of hire date – District provided).
- Public schools, their staff and students, and programs to promote academic and occupational success and achievement.
- A variety of word processing and software application programs, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and presentation software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft-compatible database management programs such as Access.
- Operational analysis techniques.
- K-12 student data tracking and reporting issues.
- WSIPC/WESPaC and other relational databases.
- Familiarity with using OSPI grant packages.
- Understanding of Title I, LAP, Title II-A, and Title III regulations, reporting, and recordkeeping.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and cross-functional groups.
- Experience with and sensitivity to issues of equity and diversity.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a demonstrated record of on-time products and deliverables.
