DE-EL Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Measure Coordinating
- Office Associate. We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to follow through, and possesses a willingness to learn. The candidate must be organized, possess a strong attention to detail, energetic and reliable individual, who is comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven setting.

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile necessary paperwork for daily measure routes.
- Receive and process newly measured orders.
- Assist with tracking and scheduling field measure appointments for multiple projects.
- Assist with communication between sites/clients to coordinate field measure appointments.
- Assist Measure Coordinator and Business Coordinators with revisions to field paperwork.
- Assist with maintenance of measure team calendars and contacts.
- Answer phone calls and provide over-the-phone customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy is a must.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Must be a team player, working for the success of all departments.
- Professional email and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Initiative and willingness to gain practical knowledge of products and architectural plans.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Microsoft Office Suite is helpful.
- Able to take/follow directions from multiple people.
- Exceptional attendance and reliability.
- Basic understanding of installation/application is helpful.
- Familiarity with window coverings and/or construction background a plus
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Communication - excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dependability - arrives to work, meetings, and appointments consistently and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent, completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
- Experience
- Prior experience with scheduling in the service or construction industry is preferred. - Computer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have the ability to lift or move 25lbs, and without restrictions.
