DENTAL SUPERVISOR

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State.

• Supervise dental assistants and reception staff; support training and performance management.
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, triage, and daily clinic operations.
• Provide chairside support and ensure proper sterilization and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee quality improvement activities, reporting, and documentation.
• Assist with dental insurance verification, coding, and cost estimates.
• Maintain clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and compliance records.
• Support community outreach and dental program growth.
• Serve as working supervisor when staffing shortages occur.

• Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required.
• High school diploma/GED plus dental assisting/office management training.
• 3+ years dental office experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Current BLS CPR required (within 1 month of hire).
• TB testing annually.

Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays). Hourly – Hourly Plan, 26.62 USD.

Starting Wage: $26.62 – $28.37 per hour based on experience.
