Position Info: Position will remain open for a minimum of 5 days, current PSE-OP/PSE members must apply within 5 days of posting date to be guaranteed consideration for position. Pay rates listed are a range of both rates.

TITLE: CTE Program Support Manager

REPORTS TO: Director of College and Career Readiness

Position Summary

The CTE Program Support Specialist provides support services, coordinates, and collaborates with the leadership team, staff, and community to promote and create College and Career Readiness opportunities for students that attend Monroe School District schools to advance in their chosen career path.

Qualifications Education
- Preferred:
  • AA Degree or higher
  • Current First Aid/CPR card or ability to obtain
Experience:
  • Experience developing and leading school-wide student College and Career Readiness Opportunities
  • Proficiency using technology tools and programs to collect and analyze data related to Certification, Frameworks, Equivalencies, and State EDS System
  • Experience/exposure working with students in poverty
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Work with contractual language and risk-management pools to develop safe and equitable opportunities is preferred
  • Second language or language acquisition background or abilities is preferred
  • Student cultural and economic diversity experience is preferred
Special Requirements :
  • Successful Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint clearance
  • I-9 employment eligibility in compliance with the Immigrations Reform and Control Act
  • HIV/HBV training (obtain within 60 days of hire date – District provided)
  • Human Resources new hire training (obtain within 60 days of hire date – District provided)
