Medical​/Dental Receptionist

Hourly Rate: $20.00

On-Call receptionist position available for our Monroe Medical Clinic. We are looking for customer service oriented candidates. The receptionist will be responsible for:

• Processing patient information
• Making medical appointments and contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar
• Taking messages

The ideal candidate must possess problem‑solving skills and communicate efficiently with our patients, be sensitive to their needs, demonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic and professionalism, and be able to multi‑task and properly use basic office software.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum one‑year experience in a medical setting
• Medical terminology preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and typing skills required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
