Psychiatric Provider Aide

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, serves diverse communities in Washington State.

Sea Mar Behavioral Health’s diverse and quickly expanding program is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Provider Aide for our Behavioral Health Department in Monroe, WA. The Psychiatric Provider Aide supports psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas, works with mental health therapists and chemical dependency professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity. The role includes screenings, case management, coordination of community support services, ensuring agency compliance with regulations, preparing charts and prescription refills, maintaining medication storage and waste logs, and enforcing policies.

The position may involve additional duties as assigned.

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Washington State.
• Possess a current CPR/BLS card or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Must have a current First Aid Certificate.
• Must have a minimum CNA, MA, EMT, LPN, or RN license.
• Must have an active Washington State Department of Health license.
• Basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and conversions such as pounds to kilograms.
• No history of alcohol or drug misuse for the past three years.
• Washington State Driver’s License required.
• Familiarity with computer software desired.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.

Hourly Wage: $20.00.
