We are seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (WA State Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist certification) to perform venipuncture, capillary blood draws, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. The role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling.
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation.
• Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and ensure safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.

• Active WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist) certification required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must pass pre‑hire competency test.

Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday (hours can be edited based on need).
