Job Overview

Swire Coca-Cola is a family-owned bottling company and one of the largest bottlers of Coca-Cola in North America. We distribute more than 50 beverage brands and flavors, serving over 30 million consumers across 13 states with an 8,000+-strong team.

The Merchandiser ensures all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked, rotated, and maintained. Responsibilities include managing back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Schedule:

5:30 am – 2:00 pm (overtime and weekends required)

Pay: $22.41 – $29.13 per hour

Seasonal role from April 1 to September 15, with potential for full-time transition.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily, ensuring labels face outward for easy purchasing.
• Rotate products to maintain quality using a first in, first out system.
• Build displays and promotional items throughout the assigned store per supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas safely and prepare returned credited product for return to stores.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
